18.01.2022 Hey guys this is a good hiit season for tomorrow’s sessions take a look and have a good workout. We are hoping to send out an update e-mail explaining the current situation soon hang in there. Hope to get things back to normal as soon as possible.

14.01.2022 With the announcement from the Premier there is some welcome news of a "cautious easing of restrictions" in WA. One being a maximum of 10 people will be allowed at weddings, funerals, outdoor personal training (no shared equipment), home opens and display village inspections as part of these changes. YAY! with this in mind we will be resuming normal operations as of the 0545 session as of Wednesday 29th April 2020. There will some changes with a maximum of 9 people per sessio...n to allow for the trainer. Each person will use their own equipment (NO sharing). To start please notify the trainers as to whether or not you will be attending. This is a very exciting period and will hopefully be the start of us all getting back to life as normal before COVID19. We hope to see you all soon at the park.
