20.01.2022 To our valued clients, Just an update on how we are managing COVID-19 at All Paws. Since March, it's been possible for the clinic to stay open, because we have been adhering to the protocols from the Australian Veterinary Association (AVA).... We have to still be mindful that if someone in our clinic tests positive, we would have to close, meaning we would no longer be able to care for your pets. As we are a small clinic, it is not possible to have 2 seperate teams of vets + nurses, and so far we have been very lucky and are all still healthy. Now we find ourselves in Spring Beause of the size of our waiting room, we are still only allowing ONE person in at a time. Our plan is that if the Coronavirus situation continues to improve, we can start to relax our protocols. We hope that our cleaning, signs on doors, extra hand sanitizing and washing have been worthwhile. We want to thank all of our wonderful clients for their continued support and understanding during these uncertain times. Of course, "Kitten"+ "Ivy" have been very helpful making sure everyone stays safe
