18.01.2022 "BEFORE"....NO ONE CAN DEFY THE LAWS OF GRAVITY !! EVEN A PROFESSIONAL BUILDER !!! This house was built less than 8yrs ago by a HIGH END BUILDING COMPANY. NO WONDER THEY GOT FLOODED EVERY HEAVY RAIN..If you look at the pictures you will see the stormwater pipes go down and up than fall backwards ... WHAT A MESS !!.... at it's best it was installed level or BACKFALL... The owner had NO CHANCE !!

14.01.2022 Even to the un-trained eye, under this basin looks very dodgy/unprofessional, but it's more than that, it is illegal and dangerous....This bathroom was renovated about 5 yrs ago DIY style yet it poses a serious risk of diseases and bacteria due to the basin waste not properly installed and allowing all SEWER air to circulate in the bathroom 24hrs a day.... This really concerns me when I see these SERIOUS PROBLEMS and feel for the new owners.... This is why it is SO IMPORTANT TO GET A PRE-PURCHASE PLUMBING INSPECTION....the CHEAPEST INSURANCE EVER !!
09.01.2022 This is a disaster waiting to happen, the fact that there is an ice cream container taped to the kitchen waste is a RED FLAG WARNING !!.... if the dishwasher was ever used than there is a very serious risk of flooding the kitchen( an insurance company more often than not refuse to cover illegal plumbing work).... It is very fortunate that the new owners don't like using dishwashers...It was their only safety net..... GRR something so serious can be fixed so cheaply and quick !!!....it's like a time bomb ready to damage everything...GOING CHEAP IS VERY EXPENSIVE !!! IT'S ALWAYS CHEAPER TO DO IT RIGHT !!!
