21.01.2022 This Industrial complex had an issue with vandals constantly smashing their security lights. We replaced all 12x metal halide floodlights with LED floodlights and installed custom made hot dipped galvanised cages over the lights to stop the vandals.

19.01.2022 Customer was concerned as their power would cut out for a few seconds every now and then. This went on for a few weeks before calling us. We went out and did a thermal imaging inspection. As you can see, the first picture looks fine. No abnormality can be seen via a visual inspection. The second picture taken with the thermal imager shows excessive heat at the fuse. (80 degree C, normal temperature should be no more than 50 Degree C). We replaced the fuses to circuit breakers/safety switches and no more issues

07.01.2022 Fault finding to industrial complex security lighting. Burnt ballast in light fitting causing circuit to trip. Will be replaced with LED floodlight

07.01.2022 Fire in a main switchboard at an industrial complex last night. Electricity was disconnected to the whole complex by Endeavour Energy. We attended this morning to attempt to get power on asap. After performing a risk assessment we found repairs were all that was required. We needed to decontaminate the switchboard due to fire extinguisher use and then replaced active links, service fuses and 200amp fault limiters.... Power restored. Found the fire was due to bad connection at the active link. A simple visual/thermal imaging inspection of the main switchboard would have prevented these costly repairs. See more

02.01.2022 We received a phone call after hours during the state of origin. Resident of a block of units was worried as she heard an explosion and burning smell, then all the common area lights went out. Just like the ambulance service we attended anywhere/anytime to an emergency. Found the burnt ballast, replaced and lighting restored. Unfortunately, just like a ride in an ambulance, this emergency service costs an arm and a leg aswell and not covered by Medicare.
