23.01.2022 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION STORY More than 20% of total body fat burnt In 2015 my New Year’s Resolution was to finally lose weight and I began my journey on the first day of the year. I was overweight (38% body fat), very unhealthyy, inactive and had low self esteem and confidence until Liam stepped in.... I adopted a diet Liam gave me and was able to train with him quite a lot, learning the ins and outs of how to properly train each muscle group and how to effectively do cardio. He also taught me valuable knowledge on nutrition which was easy to adapt to and I was surprised at how much I could eat, yet still lose weight and feel good throughout the day. I had steady fat loss and muscle/strength gain, which was a surprise to me as I found it easy and even enjoyed what I was doing for the first time in my life (5 full years of prior gym experience). For the past year and a half now I’ve been sitting at a very healthy body weight (between 12-15% body fat) all from Liam’s advice. I have a totally different perspective and greater understanding of my body’s requirements and I continue to aspire to be the fittest and healthiest I can possibly be. I’ve never been happier nor felt better these past 2 years. I have even performed a 150kg barbell back squat from following Liam’s advice! I can honestly say I’ve never trained with someone with as much passion and knowledge as Liam has on every aspect of fitness imaginable. 17.01.2022 Staying relatively on track during the Christmas period isn’t easy for most. However, you could find it a lot easier with the following five tips: 1. Most importantly, don’t stress. 2020 has been crazy and you deserve to finish the year on a good note surrounded by family and friends! 2. Skipping a meal. For many, breakfast is the most convenient to Skip. 3. Reducing calories in the days leading up to Christmas. Eg. If you usually allow 2000 calories per day, drop your inta...ke down to 1500 today and tomorrow to allow 3000 for Christmas. You could also reduce your calories the following day(s) to allow more calories to be consumed on Christmas. 4. Protein at every meal! This will help you feel more full and ensure you reach your protein requirements. 5. Increasing your NEAT which will help offset the extra calories consumed. An easy way to do this is by walking around rather than sitting. Merry Christmas everyone!!

10.01.2022 I used to hate cardio! I saw it as a chore and I found it boring. Using a stationary treadmill, bike or elliptical was of no interest to me. Instead of neglecting my cardiovascular health I decided to give Thai Boxing a go and have never looked back! What I love most about it is the fact that you get an amazing workout and also develop an important skill in self defense/striking. What I quickly learnt was the large amount of calories/energy burnt during each workout allowe...d me to eat more food. How great is that! Learning how to defend myself, improve my cardiovascular health and increasing my food intake all in one A shift in perspective can make all the difference when it comes to reaching your health goals!

09.01.2022 Truth. One of the most important things is eating according to your goals!!! If you want to lose weight, you need to eat at a caloric deficit. If you want to gain weight, you must eat at a caloric surplus.... An overweight person could train well over 10 hours a week in an attempt to lose weight. If they were eating an excess of calories however, it would make it extremely hard for their body to utilize fat as an energy source and burn fat. With Christmas right around the corner however, remember that we are only human and unless you are striving to compete at an elite level and have an upcoming competition, my advice is to enjoy your holidays Use your Christmas/Boxing Day cheat days as motivation in the new year! https://allpurposefitness.com.au
