24.01.2022 We've been all the way to a ship off the coast of Dampier to replace a section of a conveyor belt transporting ore last week. It was a simple 1200mm wide belt but it was nice to get out on the ocean!

23.01.2022 Take a look at these ceramic lagged pulleys that were recently completed for Pacific Industries. 15 were done in total and cold bonded with our highly versatile and low toxicity adhesive, AR100.

21.01.2022 Big welcome to Mark Barnett who joined the Bunbury team last week. Mark is a conveyor belt splicer with many years of experience and we're excited to have him on board.

21.01.2022 Are you an experienced conveyor belt splicer with exposure to a reactive working environment, requiring adaptation and forward thinking? If so check out the link below... We're looking for splicers to join our vibrant and successful Perth office. https://www.seek.com.au/job/50335281

20.01.2022 Big Congratulations to Ryan Wood who has been with All Rubber for 9 years this week! As one of our Account Managers, his knowledge and experience is second to none, and we're very grateful for all his hard work over the years.

20.01.2022 We've almost finished this job for Steelstruct Engineering. 11 hoppers were cold bonded with Linatex rubber for a lithium mine down south, just a few pipes left to go!

19.01.2022 These hoppers are now complete and ready to be picked up! 11 in total were primed, painted and lined with Linatex via cold bonding for the Talison mine site in the south of Western Australia.

19.01.2022 We're currently looking for an Administration & Sales Officer to work in our busy Bunbury branch. Click on the link below to find out more. http://ow.ly/ihZ450BkkI6

17.01.2022 We don't come across these very often... we've just completed the production of two chain belts that are headed for Western Australia's North West. This wasn't a small task, with both belts totalling 128 metres in length, and a waterjet cutter required to cut the holes for the chain. Despite being an intricate job, with 256 metres of chain and 3304 holes cut in total, we completed them in just two weeks and now they're on their way up North to provide a dust seal cover belt for our client.

17.01.2022 Our team over in Queensland have been busy lining these conditioning tanks in our Kontex CR65 neoprene rubber and floatation cell in Linatex Linagard NBR Nitrile rubber. They're both being prepared for the Newcrest Cadia East mine, which is a molybdenum plant in Orange, New South Wales.

16.01.2022 Our team have recently been inspecting and measuring a screen conveyor belt at a sand plant in Neerabup. Regular maintenance and checks will help prolong the life of your system and avoid future issues by giving you an idea of when a future change out may be required. If the unexpected does happen, however, we provide an emergency breakdown service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We'll get your system up and running again in no time! 15.01.2022 All Rubber is a pleased to announce we will be sponsoring the UWA Hockey Club again this year. Having provided funding to the organisation since 2014, we’re proud to put a little something back into the community and support this great club.

15.01.2022 Our WA team were up early last week for a 5am start to supply a new belt for one of our building industry clients. The change-out was done quickly and efficiently, with a low shutdown time, so their belt was back up and running as quickly as possible.

14.01.2022 Our Queensland branch has just finished lining these items used in mineral sand separation. The job involved steel fabrication and rubber lining as well as blasting, priming and painting. We offer all these services in-house in WA and Queensland, which means our clients can save on transport and handling costs, making the process extremely efficient and cost effective.

13.01.2022 Our two new trainees are going great guns down in Bunbury. They’re being put through their paces learning both belt splicing and rubber lining, and they're also being trained in sand blasting and painting so they will be fully accomplished in all aspects of what we do. Jayson has been with us 3 months and is refurbishing some belt cleaners on site in the photo below. Jack is cutting out gaskets in our workshop and has been with us since January.

09.01.2022 Our breakdown and services team did a fantastic job getting this belt changeout complete within 48 hours last month. This 800m steel cord belt (ST1000 rating) was the main belt that feeds one of our clients’ production mills. It had a tear the full length of the belt so a speedy turnaround was imperative. The changeout was done the day after the tear was reported and a new belt fitted the following day.

08.01.2022 We're currently installing two 2.4m wide by 40m long filter belts complete with sidewalls. We don't do many of these as they're big belts and quite unique, but it's not a problem for our team!

07.01.2022 This PVC harvester belt is being punched by our CNC punching machine in Malaga, and will be used to transport baby leaf spinach for a food company in Lancelin. Our CNC punching machine can be used to cut a range of hole patterns in any flexible material of varying widths. https://youtu.be/AL64DpGln70

05.01.2022 Jono Hegedus is our new technician in Malaga who specialises in PVC splicing. He's currently being trained on our cleating machine but will soon be proficient in all aspects of PVC.

04.01.2022 Due to the increasing amount of rubber lining work we're doing, we've expanded our Henderson branch to double it's original size! From chutes and hoppers to beams and side-plates, we've got you covered. Take a look at our full range of rubber lining services on the link below. https://www.allrubber.com.au/rubber-lining/

03.01.2022 This huge screen feed belt was prepared in-house this week to save installation time on-site. The ends were spliced in advance, ready for hot vulcanisation on the job. At 2800 mm wide, it took four men to roll it up, ready to go!

02.01.2022 What a whopper! At 34 tonnes, this is one of the largest hoppers we've ever rubber lined. Due to the sheer size of it we had to line and transport it on it's side, and it's now on it's way to a mine site in the Pilbara.

02.01.2022 These cross beams and exciter beam are contingent parts of a screen deck used for a client on mine sites. They are all at various stages of priming, with either Chemlok being used ready for rubber lining or Epoxy 66 being used ready for painting.

01.01.2022 Look at the size of these! We've just finished lining and painting the first of two huge underpans for the screening section of a mine site. At 11m long, 6m wide and a massive 10 tonnes each, these underpans were no small job.

01.01.2022 We've been unloading our quarterly delivery of conveyor belts in Maddington this week. With 8-10 km of belts constantly held in stock - covering various plys, widths and thicknesses - we can service a wide variety of requests instantly.
