06.01.2022 UPDATED WORSHIP AND PRAYER ARRANGEMENTS -STEPS AND PROCEDURES TO REGISTER FOR MASS. You can now Book Masses click the "Book a Mass Button" by clicking on the link https://www.trybooking.com/book/event?eid=635182 1) Select the Sunday Date... 2) Select the time including Saturday Vigil. If available it will show as open. 3) You will then need to supply name, address and Phone number of each attendee (limited to 4). A verification email will be sent to confirm. Registrations remain mandatory. Worshippers can still register for seats through the Parish Office: 9753 9500; [email protected]. The Office is staffed on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The maximum number of worshippers that a church can accommodate at any time is determined by the 4 square metre rule (safe distancing of 2 metres in every direction). It is calculated by dividing the worship floor space by 4. This translates to 110 for All Saints, of which 10 are reserved for essential ministers, leaving 100 spaces for registered worshippers. Church doors close when Mass begins. Registered worshippers who realise that they will be late for Mass, for whatever reason, are asked not to come to church but to rebook for a subsequent time. It is too difficult for doorkeepers to accommodate latecomers, even when registered. Weekday Mass goers are asked to register their places for the coming week on the previous Thursday or Friday. Let us continue to support and pray for one another during these trying times in that spirit of unity and cooperation that characterizes the Gospel. Fr Paul
