25.01.2022 As you can imagine our workload at the school is very hectic today as we make provision for Remote Learning. At this stage we are awaiting more information and guidance from CEO. We would appreciate it if parents could please wait for the school to provide detailed information later today about Remote Learning arrangements. If your child is not at school today, workbooks and loan devices can be collected Tuesday/Wednesday- not today please. The school will notify parents and carers about pickup of learning packs on Tuesday/Wednesday. More information will go out via classroom apps and Skoolbag. Thank you

25.01.2022 Congratulations to the year 3/4 students who excelled in surfing with Go Surf over the last 3 weeks! Thank you to Go Surf for their tuition and patience. Year 5/6 students can't wait to get into the waves next week.

24.01.2022 Premier Andrews has delivered the news that we will be returning to Remote Learning for a minimum of 6 weeks. Monday is the children’s last day of face-to-face learning. They will be required to take home workbooks at the end of the day. Could parents please send an extra bag for this purpose? More information about remote learning materials and modes of learning will be provided through classroom apps. Please make sure they are activated. Parents may be required to collect some materials from the school entrance later in the week. Only children of essential workers will be permitted to attend the school site for their learning. The start date for Remote Learning will be communicated as soon as possible.

20.01.2022 WE WILL REMEMBER THEM!

19.01.2022 Dear families. This weekend our school is undergoing a thorough clean with our defogging disinfecting machine...more than we usually do at the end of each day. While we have been told there has been no risk of infection to the school we wanted to make sure that every possible action was being taken to ensure the safety of our school community.

19.01.2022 Once again our sink hole filled at an amazing rate and threatened to flood our senior building. The water flowed onto our oval and came inside our fence line after 2 days of rain. Thank you to the Portland SES who sand bagged the building and to Gary Menzel who came to turn the electricity off in the building in case it flooded over night. Thankfully the rain stopped just in time.

18.01.2022 Dear All Saints Community. Our school is operating as normal despite community talk. I understand there is a high degree of misinformation in the community at the moment. Any changes to student learning will be communicated directly and timely to parents by the school. We are still taking our advice from authorities that we do not need to close. Please ensure that the SkoolBag app and classroom apps are working on your device. Check bags for notes also.

09.01.2022 This week is Learning Support Officer Appreciation Week. This exceptional group of people at All Saints make an enormous difference to the learning of our students and to the workload of our teachers. They are gifted in so many ways but most importantly they have exceptional skills in developing trusting relationships with the children they support and encouraging them to succeed with their learning goals. They have been onsite supervising small groups of students doing the remote learning during both lockdowns and preparing the hundreds of learning packs that go out to homes. WE COULDN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU!

07.01.2022 Hello to our families and children working and learning from home. We have been so impressed with the consistency and quality of the learning that has been happening during Remote Learning 2.0. We will listen intently on Sunday to hear what is in store for schools in week 10 of term 3 and the beginning of term 4. Whatever the outcome, please be assured that we are very grateful of the support parents and carers have been providing in partnering with us to make sure our children's learning has continued to grow. THANK YOU!
