17.01.2022 Keep your eye's peeled on this space, with construction delays finally under wrap our little farm is mere days away from getting our first crops underway. Can barely hold in the excitement, not long now!!! We'll have Grey, Tan, Pink and Yellow Oyster Mushroom on the go with Shiitake as a future project!

What a beautiful colour, and my first success even though two batches are fruiting at once at a time where we'll have to dry them and eat them ourselves.
