Then it’s their job to decide how much and whether they’ll eat. Same meal, same time @dr_kyla uses this concept lots, but basically your kiddo needs to see you eat to learn about foods. What they learn from watching you eat the same foods as them makes the world of difference! Posture and positioning Seating your child in a way that supports their body so they can concentrate on food and eating is super important. Play with your food Kids need to learn about new foods in a pressure free environment, so sometimes this means they need to play with their food.
