20.01.2022 NEW TIMETABLE FOR WEEK 8 Monday 23rd November to Saturday 28th November Kinder Karate Class Monday 9:30am - 10:00am... Kinder Karate classes are structured to offer each child a positive learning environment with activities and exercises specifically designed for the early elementary ages three and a half through to senior kindergarten age. Kinder Karate is about having fun, safety, life skills, gross motor skills & character development. The foundation built early on and practiced often, is the groundwork for a lifetime of success. Open Mat Session for Teens/Adults Open Mat sessions are available to Teens/Adults who want to do their own training by themselves or with friends using the dojo & equipment (dojo floor, heavy bags, pads, makiwara, free weights, etc.). 19.01.2022 It has been a FANTASTIC first week back training in the dojo!! Here is a sneak peak of this morning’s karate 7-9 yrs karate class. In the video students are practicing basic punching with the emphasis on generating power from their core, not just their arms.
