19.01.2022 All Stars will be resuming personal training 1 on 1 for Term 2 within the current health guidelines. This means conducting sessions outdoors and with minimal eq...uipment & applying strict social distancing. Any equipment used will be sanitised after each use and all necessary precautions will be made to follow all health and safety guidelines. Please view our COVID-19 policy at www.allstarsdefence.com.au/coronavirus-policy. We can still work on our fitness & skills within sessions to a great degree with these limitations. You can expect to work on the following in a general martial arts/fitness based session: Overall General Fitness (Health-Related & Skill-Related) Fundamentals & Basics Technique Kata Drills (solo) Self Defence (solo) Every session is tailored to your goals. The sessions will be different to normal but well planned to ensure you still walk out of the session knowing you have trained hard and improved upon your skills. After having a fantastic live karate class via zoom yesterday afternoon, All Stars will be running live kids karate class...es every Wednesday 12:30pm-1:15pm.
