25.01.2022 Session three of our NetSetGO program this week at the Allstars courts was fun and informative! Our participants learned and practiced the basic rule of not stepping when you have possession of the ball. They also learnt and practiced the art of the pivot! 24.01.2022 Calling all students who finished year 12 last year, who love netball....UQ have a scholarship opportunity for you! The Queensland Firebirds have teamed up with premier partner The University of Queensland (UQ) to create four scholarships to encourage and support new students who have demonstrated a passion for netball. Like the Firebirds, UQ values the support of everyone in the netball community and welcome any of our passionate netballers who have finished year 12 in 202...0 to apply for the $5,000 scholarships. To be eligible for the scholarship you must: submit an application by 31 January 2021; completed year 12 in 2020; intend to enrol as a commencing student demonstrate you have played netball for school or a club, or contributed to the sport of netball through coaching or volunteering within the previous two years. 19.01.2022 CRAZY SOCK DAY 12th SEPTEMBER 2020!!! Attention Allstars, The RNA have 3 teams representing them in the Queensland Premier League competition held at the Nathan Netball Arena on Thursday nights (1 x Opens team) and Friday nights (1x Under 17's and 1x Under 19's). These girls are aged 16 years and upwards with our Opens team comprising mainly University students. They have all come through our Junior representative programs over the years and have been selected to represent our association. The competition has quite high costs and the girls are looking for any donations to assist with the fees. They will also be running the BBQ so please be generous as every cent helps!!

12.01.2022 Allstars would like to acknowledge and congratulate all the Allstars representative players which include Lacey, Ella, Lily, Kobi, Abby, Kayla, Maya, Taylah, Ellie, Shaniah and Georgia from the under 12’s. Milly and Marleigh from the under 13’s on their effort at the recent Caboolture carnival. Special mention also goes to Molly, Keilani, Eliza and Brielle from the the Rep 13 B team for achieving runners up two weeks in a row and the ONLY Redlands representative team to finish top 2 at the Caboolture carnival. After being equal leaders all day they narrowly went down to Sunshine Coast, keeping them to their smallest winning margin of the competition. Allstars Netball Club are proud of your achievements

05.01.2022 A big thank you to everyone who made the 2020 season such a successful one at the Allstars Netball Club! We all had a very fun time celebrating our achievements at our Presentation Day. A huge shout out to all our club volunteers - from our BBQ helpers, ticket dispensers, club photographer, marquee team and those who came to the club to help out early without being asked - THANK YOU. We've had an awesome season at Allstars - out of our 14 hard court teams, 10 teams were placed either 1st, 2nd or 3rd...not a bad effort for a modified 10-week season. Looking forward to seeing what our coaches and players can achieve in 2021 at this fantastic, vibrant club. Go Allstars

02.01.2022 Not long to go till the Allstars Presentation Day this Sunday 13th September from 10:00-2:00. It’s sure to be a really fun day and a great way to close out the 2020 netball season. Players come and enjoy some complementary treats (slushy, sausage sizzle and fairy floss), hit up the jumping castle and mega slide, decorate yourself with a henna tattoo and capture some awesome photos with your team mates in the photo booth. Parents, bring a picnic rug or chairs and enjoy the music. A coffee van, Punjab Curry Club and a $1 sausage sizzle will be available to keep you fed and watered.
