25.01.2022 Dear Parents & Players, As stated restriction will be enforced from Wednesday. All parents that enter the facility will complete the sign-in sheet.... THE DIRECTIVE FROM THE CLUB AND TENNIS VIC IS AS FOLLOWS: - No more than 2 players per court with an exception for coaching. - A maximum of 10 people at a time within the complex. - Club coach can have a max. of 2 pupils (this is in addition to the above 10) and a Max of 20 min per lesson to fit all the students in. Thanks - Do NOT come if you are ill or have any COVID like symptoms. - Social distancing must apply. Ensure a 1.5m gap between everyone. - Remember no handshakes or high fives, try tapping racquets instead. - No socialising: play your tennis and then leave immediately. - Use the hand sanitiser inside the gate after touching the keypad. - If the clubhouse is open, it is for toilet access only. - Wear a mask at all times, unless a play is vigorous. Could I get all parents to contact Doug to discuss the group allocation ASAP Monday lesson will be restructured: NEW TIME SLOTS First time slot: 4:00 to 4:20 Second time slot: 4:20-4:40- third time slot 4:40 to 5pm 4th-time slot: 5:00to 5:20 and fifth-time slot from 5:20 -5:40 Saturday lesson will be restructured: NEW TIME SLOTS First time slot: 9:00 to 9:20 --Second time slot: 9:20-9:40----- third time slot 9:40 to 10am 4th time slot: 10:00- 10:20 and 5th time slot from 10:20 -10:40 Private Lesson: Private lessons will be available on request on certain days. 23.01.2022 Fantastic News! Tennis lessons are back in Wangaratta. Coaching will be starting from Saturday 23th May and Monday 25 May for most group lessons Tennis lessons will look a little bit different until the end of the term, including the rules that we have to adhere to due to COVID. (At this stage there are to be no more than 4 players per court with a coach).... Coaching will start Saturday 23 May and Monday 25 May with a max of 4 students for 5 weeks. Monday Starts on the 25th of May: $10 per lesson Red group: 4 pm to 4:30 pm; Orange group 4:30 to 5 pm; Green Group 5 to 5:30 pm Saturday Starts on the 23rd of May:$10 per lesson Red group: 09:00 to 9:30; Orange group 9:30 to 10; Green Group 10 to 10:30 pm Private Lesson: Private lessons will be available on request on certain days. So our Hot Shots, coaching programs sessions are still currently running this Saturday, Monday and Wednesday next week Our Tennis Coaching is fortunate to be an outdoors non contact activity conducted in small numbers. 13.01.2022 Hi All, I do understand the concern with COVID-19 virus and all major events are being closed/cancelled. I am monitoring this very closely, and at this stage because of the low gathering of the coaching classes, the proximity of players on the court, coaching will have its last coaching Day on Wednesday 25th March. Steps to help:... If your child is running a fever or not well, please do not attend the lesson. Limit all physical contact as much as possible. Please bring your own drink bottle.
