13.01.2022 My baby is 10 and a half months today!! My body 1 day before birth c section 5 days after!! I then put on 5kgs and now I’ve lost 3kgs over the last month and feeling amazing!!! ... Who wants to start their fitness journey with me?? And yes it’s hard for me to post these before and after body pics but I couldn’t be prouder of how amazing my body is to have created a beautiful baby and as much as I look at the pics and criticise myself ...
