25.01.2022 My absolute favourite thing about my one-on-one client sessions is how much transformation they experience in such a short amount of time. Once we discover what is really holding them back or the source of their perceived limitations, it no longer has power over them. There is an elevated sense of awareness, of reclaiming responsibility and power over their lives and a clearing away of the old and redundant way of thinking to allow space for new ideas and inspiration. 20.01.2022 When I think back to why I created the Astral Travel Workshop it was an evolution really. I'd been having these experiences for a while and seeing others have similar experiences without an outlet to explore and expand on their own insights. So, I felt an intense pull to create a safe space to explore the depths of consciousness and show them how to reach even further into their own abilities and possibilities. I wrote the bases of the course within 1.5hrs several years ago a...nd it has developed and grown into something I am really proud of. 19.01.2022 Count Your Blessings Dr. John Demartini Probably the most profound concept I found in this book was Dr. Demartini’s perspective on forgiveness. Forgiveness demands a prior judgment of some unethical or immoral action or inaction. Basically saying that forgiveness is a self-righteous illusion. It’s an action of pride and self-righteous ego to think that you have the right to judge or to forgive. While forgiveness can be a stepping-stone towards unconditional love, if we ...stop there, we remain in a human state of judgment. Instead of forgiveness, Dr. Demartini explains in detail of how to see the balance in all situations. That through this balanced perspective we can see that there is nothing missing, no benefit without drawback, no positive without an equal negative. The actual truth requires no forgiveness. Through this balance we can release the bonds of our limited perceptions and move into unconditional love and truly be grateful for all that we have experienced in our lives. The many exercises in this book help to balance our perceptions and emotional charges so we can experience the wisdom and sacred healing that unconditional love has for us in every moment. This book has affirmations sprawled throughout its 256 pages.
