24.01.2022 I thought this might be fun for everyone, especially kiddos too! How about we do a Community Bear Hunt! Simply pop a teddy inside a front window for those to spot! Of course social distancing is highly recommended whilst out on walks etc enjoying our paradise! ... This can be the offical thread for those wanting to pop a pic up and share in the fun. 23.01.2022 I had chat with client yesterday, whom has been with me for 3 years, and is worried about job security and not being able to keep their regular clean and letting me down. And another today who has seen their business go from being booked out to none at all and they depend on tourists. It broke my heart for so many reasons. This week has put so many peoples livelihoods in jeopardy, with some already seeing the negative effects. I too, of course am worried. This is only th...e beginning and the future seems so unsure. I want all my clients to know that I get it. We are all stressed and uncertain of what we will be able to afford. If you AT ALL need to put cleans on hold or go from weekly to a fortnightly, just talk to me, I get it! I am working as per normal, and I would never want to see anyone stretched beyond their limits. I appreciate every single one of you. I have had a few enquiries for cleans, and at this stage I am fully booked out, and if this should change, I have a small waiting list and will advertise availability. So if you feel you need to pop your clean on hold temporarily, it is OK. Please take care of yourselves and look for the positives in each day. I am thankful for each of you. 23.01.2022 As COVID-19 continues to spread, people are looking for ways to deep clean and disinfect their homes and properties and businesses. While it's smart to try and minimise the spread of germs, instead of trying to rip in and completely sanitise the whole place, start with high-touch areas. The idea behind this method of cleaning is that not every germ in the home needs to die. Instead, focus on the areas that are most likely to carry harmful bacteria and viruses. These areas are... also the same ones where you're more likely to pick up the germs. High-touch areas are the spaces in our homes that we're constantly touching and often forgetting during day-to-day cleaning. These areas include: Doorknobs Light switches Remote controls Keys Mobile phones Taps Fridge, microwave handles Pens Toilets Communal surfaces like tables and benchtops Cleaning these specific areas is also known as targeted hygiene to put it simply it means disinfecting those areas, especially when someone is sick. By doing this and cleaning the right areas at the right time you can stop the spread of germs through your household. It also lessons the burden of an entire house clean in one go. When it comes to actually cleaning these areas, you should clean as normal then use a disinfectant over the top and let that air dry. Aside from cleaning your high-touch areas you should also be cleaning other commonly used areas in the home if someone is unwell. Don't forget to keep on top of washing hands with soap and water too.

I've done a pretty thorough clean/sanitised/glen 20 the hell outta everything of course...but I am sooo looking forward to some calm... You have all been on my mind, and I hope you are all finding some quiet moments to take a breather.
