17.01.2022 We all need Gratitude One thing I enjoy is giving to others and lately I have been working on being more grateful for the little things in life. Some days are harder than others but today I am thankful for 2020. It is a year I have embraced and enjoyed even with the world going crazy. Thank you 2020 for allowing me and my family to grow ... 12.01.2022 Allergies! About 2 weeks a go Miss A broke out in hives and this time they weren’t gone in 24 hours after using the sesonal blend (Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint) she was in tears with how itchy she was and being covered head to toe. It resulted with a trip to the ER on Sat night at 2am because the antihistamine (that I tried to avoid giving) didn’t work. ... We were able to get into a Naturopath on the Monday and let me tell you, if you have never been to one go. They did allergy testing right there and and were able to give some homeopathic drops. Found out her allergy was Pollen (thanks to the windy weather) gluten, candida and yeast. She only had one small flare up after school that day and has been fine since. She should be good to go in 2-3 months and we are working on building up her gut health with probiotics, omega’s, essential oils and good foods. Hey, it’s also good for all of us. No we are not perfect at it but we are doing what works for us. What do you do or could you do better for gut health?

03.01.2022 I was reminded today that ‘The Best Is Yet To Come’ My word for this year was ‘embrace’ and when I reflect on that I feel that overall I did pretty well....minus some hiccups. Although the year has been one of uncertainty I personally have enjoyed and embraced 2020 and can’t wait to see what 2021 has in store. ... The slower pace of life, being more present with my family, personal reflection and working on me have made this year one to rmember. Thank you 2020 for the journey What has 2020 taught you?

01.01.2022 Want to save money? There are some doTERRA rollers that are not diluted, which I love because I get to save money with this hack. Oils that are undiluted are: - ClaryCalm... - InTune - PastTense - Salubelle - HD Clear - Ice Blue Grab 1 or 2 extra rollers and pour equal amounts into them. Using a funnel or pipette is best to help prevent spillage. Thank me later Top up with a carrier oil....I like Fractionated Coconut Oil because it’s cheap and not oily. If I am doing ones for my face like Salubelle I use Jojoba oil. Just like that you saved money and made your oils last longer.
