17.01.2022 #ShapeChallenge I started my Shape month on Friday the 7th August. Fasting has never been my favourite pastime but I hoping the Shape will help me shed a few kilos. My first day was a tough one. I had the 1st Shape sachet at 10.30 am, another at 11.30am, a herbal tea before my next one at 6pm, another herbal tea and the last shape at 10pm. (So 4 Shapes in day 1.) You are allowed up to 5. Breakfast on Saturday was welcome. As a result of my fast I was craving clean foods, good... foods, not junk. My second fast day was Monday the 10th. It was a much easier fast than the first day, I actually enjoyed the experience. I had only 2 Shapes that day, one about 11am and another about 5pm with 3 herbal Teas through the day. (I like Lemon and Ginger herbal Teas.) My next fast day will be Thursday the 13th Im actually looking forward to it, the clean feeling of fasting is a good experience and the Shape program helps in the process. See more
