21.01.2022 Waffle pod topping slab to join two tenancies in a new shop at Robina Town Centre. Styrofoam waffle pod slabs are usually used as a cheaper footing and floor slab system for housing but in this case we used them as a void former to lighten the load on the underlying slab.

20.01.2022 Concrete bench seat with pergola, perimeter step and barbecue areas. Flowing curves match the round log pergola construction (yet to be finished).

19.01.2022 100 sqm slab for a backyard basketball court Sloping site so hob and pit drains installed (neighbours happy to have the water diverted ) Usually won’t do a smooth trowel finish like this for an external slab but clients are going with a sports resurface.

18.01.2022 This is a burnished finish. It’s so burnt it looks like it has water on it. Inexpensive floor finish but very very slippery.

14.01.2022 Happy to be involved in this fantastic community project at the Mermaid SLSC. We layed the black (sorry voodoo...who comes up with the names ??) concrete footpath down the side of the building. Great asset for Mermaid.

12.01.2022 Exposed aggregate patio slab. Client wanted it to be bright under the patio and easy on bare feet, so we did Dalmatian 75 (75% white)with a light wash. Come up nice

07.01.2022 This week a big (200+ sqm) driveway in Amazon exposed aggregate. It has steep sections so good choice by the builder and owner. Hard work this one but satisfying doing another top job !!! The water runs the correct way , that’s the dark area down the middle.
