11.01.2022 First attempt at cheese making. This one is Queso Fresco & tastes yum! Now to learn how to make my favourites Persian feta, Brie & haloumi. If Im successful, it will be nice to marinate the feta with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, chilli & oregano.
