21.01.2022 Due to the number of no shows lately we have found it necessary to introduce cancellation and no show fees. The cancellation fee within 24 hours will be 30% of appointment value and a no show will be 50%. We were hoping not to introduce these fees however due to the increase in bookings and lack of availability we have found it necessary to implement this fee structure to ensure nobody misses out on an appointment.
