19.01.2022 Give'em a fish they'll eat for a day. Teach'em to fish and they'll be gone for the weekend. It has been another great school holidays of fishing and there's still a couple weeks to go. The last few weeks are always the hardest to get through (for them and you). Book them in to our kids classes and it'll be a struggle to drag them off the wharf. What's better sit back and enjoy the view and a cuppa at the Tuross Boatshed while the kids have fun.

17.01.2022 The new episode "Lesson Two" on the best basic fishing knots and how they should be tied is up. I've learnt a lot about my new studio and editing software putting this one together and know the quality will only continue to improve. 16.01.2022 As many may or may not know Allure fishing wasn't set up to become the world's most successful fishing enterprise. It's about sharing the knowledge and getting people catching fish, having fun, spending time on the water together and making the best of their Piscatorial pursuits. The great guys at Shimano and Ocean Hut Narooma helped us start up a few years ago with some incredible prices on catana combos and lures. Tuross Boatshed have been phenomenal in their support provi...ding not only a first rate venue but incredible support with free lures for students along with cut price bait and tackle (I am sure they lose money on the deal) for the classes. I have a bit remiss I think in not passing on my gratitude. I n saying this I must thank a wonderful couple who are regulars at the boatshed. Following a quick chat the other week a big box of bait arrived courtesy of Tweed bait followed by a box containing the perfectly sized black magic circle hooks. 10.01.2022 The old methods we used to use worked well. The new ones even better. Testing is early but it looks like we have taken it a step further!!! Refining the process to point were the hardest part is often getting the fish off the hook quick enough ready for the next one. I managed to get a trip in to the mountains the other weekend (Sooner than expected) and with the help of a couple of great blokes landed thr freshwater fish of a lifetime. How we did it will be covered for all to see. The basic rules and the science behind it.
