15.01.2022 Thank you for your understanding as we continue working to restore and stabilise our systems. Were continuing to process refunds so that payments are received ...as soon as possible. Our online services for individuals and Tax Agent, BAS Agent and Business Portals remain operational; however, you may notice intermittent issues while we work to ensure systems are stable. Prefilling is now available in the Tax Agent Portal and BAS Agent Portal. We expect the practitioner lodgment service (PLS) and Electronic Commerce Interface (ECI) to be available soon, and are working to restore the Australian Business Register (ABR) as a priority. Well provide further updates tomorrow.
