22.01.2022 Physical/social distancing was challenging at times this week but we got through it all, keeping our distance while still being productive.. This is a house in Willagee that we are currently renovating.. It all started as a bathroom renovation that quickly turned into a full house Reno. Our resident interior design Guru was called in to help out... A few beams installed, walls removed/added.. Out with the old flooring and in with the new. New lighting throughout and the Painter starting this weekend..

22.01.2022 We are up here in beautiful Wembley Downs for a Bathroom and Laundry renovation. We did the Kitchen back in 2018, they were so happy with the result that they decided to renovate again.. Happy Renovating!!

21.01.2022 We recently finished this House renovation in Hammond Park. A new Kitchen, Bathroom, En-suite, laundry, flooring/skirting and Painting throughout. We also added a new wall and door to section of an office/music room, complete with solid door and acoustic insulation to limit the noise. All new lighting throughout and a few other items.. It always makes our job that little more satisfying when we have great customers.. What a fantastic result. Thanks Pauline, Wayne and the kids for putting up with us.

20.01.2022 Here is a full house Renovation that we have recently completed in Parkwood WA. This one was a time sensitive Reno that we completed in just over 6 weeks. It was fully renovated inside and out with all new kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, flooring and much more. We changed the layout of a portion of the house to make it more open plan, added in some French doors and a coat of paint inside and out. Some of the old ceiling needed replacing as it was sagging in areas. All new lighti...ng throughout, and a lot of re wiring including an upgrade to the old mains power switchboard. The tired old fireplace was kept and freshened up with some new tiles as a feature of the lounge room. The roof, gutters, facia and windows were painted in dulux domino and the front facade was also rendered and painted in dulux dune along with the alfresco and garage roller door to give it a fresh look. New reticulation and landscaping was added to achieve a high end finish. Topped of with a Staging/design package to suit. All our Staging packages include all furniture, art, decor, soft furnishings, delivery and removal. All finished in just over 6 weeks and back on the market.. Good luck with the sale guys..!!. The property settled one afternoon, the next morning we were all in demolishing everything and turning the house into a bare shell.. We have a tight 6 week schedule to transform this one into a masterpiece.. Keep an eye for the after photos.

We took out a the main wall in the dining/kitchen/lounge and completely opened up the living area. We took it back to a bare shell and started fresh from the ground up. 01.01.2022 We have nearly completed a week of Demolition at this 1970s 3x2 Safety Bay property. This one has a 10-12 week schedule (Depending on Covid19 lock-Downs). We have 1 day of demo to go before starting to build all the new walls .. New beams have been installed so we can remove walls and open up this big house to make the layout work better and let in more natural light. The old kitchen will be turned into the 4th bedroom as the living areas are huge to accomodate the new kitchen..There will be a lot of landscaping with this one on a big 810m2 block. What a place to work.!! 400m from the beach and can watch the kite surfers from the backyard.
