20.01.2022 "I hope that sharing my story will shine a light to advocate the importance of the need for preventive mental health action... Statistics show that due to my history I am at higher risk of suicide and ongoing mental health issues. I refuse to accept this and I am living proof that as individuals we can change this reality"

15.01.2022 Mind Blank Ltd's effort have not gone unnoticed. In this video blog I reflect on some of the highlights sharing a small snip it of I am changing a song from the musical Dreamgirls. I relate to the lyrics of the song, as a reminder to break through of former or past limitations. We are all destined for greatness, and I hope someone sharing my story with you all will bring us closer together.

14.01.2022 Today I am sharing with you a video diary reflecting on part two of my autobiography titled "Awakening My Destiny". I want to honour my personal story and share my motivation behind my reasoning to advocate behind mental health promotion. In this blog I share a small section of a song titled Listen - written by Beyoncé, Henry Krieger, Scott Cutler, and Anne Preven, and produced by The Underdogs. This song holds a place close to my heart.

07.01.2022 Many of you will know that my experience with mental health started in the family at quite a young age. Here is some quick insight into that experience. In this video diary I will also be sharing part of one of my favourite songs Maybe this time from Cabaret. I sing it in reflection, somehow when I was young I knew that I was destined for something big.

03.01.2022 Featured CEO: Ally Kelly shares how surviving PTSD inspired her to start the nonprofit Mind Blank Ltd https://bit.ly/3cNBFrv In this story, Third Sector News ...shares a conversation with Ally to bring us back why she started the nonprofit organisation, her insights on primary prevention and intervention recovery, and her organisation’s plans during and after the coronavirus pandemic. "In the early days, I had no idea my life would fuel an opportunity to help hundreds and thousands of young Australians. In my early 20s, I started aligning with my mission in life to help the children of the future from suffering." "As a child I remember my response was to empathise with Mum’s pain. For example, I remember seeing her cry alone in a dark room. My natural response was to jump into bed and just cry with her." "The biggest gift my mother gave me was the pathway of personal development. She was determined to give us kids the best opportunity in life that she could. Because of taking on the role of a carer a great strength of mine is the empathy in my heart that has developed over time. As I progress in life, I am touched that I now get to empower others to find help and support when it comes to taking care of our own mental and emotional health." "I created Mind Blank because I believe in my core that no one needs to suffer in silence!" Thank you Ally Kelly for sharing your story.
