I hope everyone has a lovely day celebrating with their families. On another note, I was privy to some of my customers very personal stories this week of trauma and loss. Some of my family members are also going through some tough times at the moment and many people today aren’t getting to spend time with family due to COVID restrictions and I was just reminded this week that you never know what’s going on in someone’s life in the background. Secondly, a massive Thankyou to everyone who supports my business. It is growing beyond my wildest imagination. Thirdly, above is a selection of photos of what has gone out this week. So, in one week I have baked, decorated and packaged 303 full sized cookies, 272 mini cookies, 42 cupcakes, 14 cake pops and 1 cake. I think I found my limit. . Whilst some weeks are busier than others, it is getting increasingly difficult for me to take on last minute orders. I am starting to find that sleep is actually not that overrated!
