22.01.2022 A LOT of cupping has been going down recently. We’re excited to have secured some crazy Ethiopians, a tasty Indonesian natural, a few Colombians with some Indian and Nicaraguan samples coming too! Due to the ongoing support of all of you, I’ve started securing lots ahead of time, to meet the demand you crazy coffee drinkers are consuming. How exciting! We also have our new coffee tin in process and a special Christmas pack coming too!

21.01.2022 That golden colour tho! Taste testing everyday! Making sure everything we roast is top notch before its sent out, and don’t worry, of course we tamped this before extracting :)

07.01.2022 SPECIAL RELEASE! This tasty washed Colombian Geisha is now available in 200g Tins! It’s on our website now until 10am tomorrow. Due to its rarity we will be only be doing presales and fortnightly roasts of it until sold out. So get in for tomorrow’s roast! Tasting notes are fruit loops and bergamot. This geisha is so soft and gentle but absolutely packed with flavour. Additional info on our website!

I thought to myself, what if instead of tasting the same coffee every day until the bag is gone, I gave you two tasty single origin coffees, that taste completely different to each other, and every day you used a different ratio to create a different blend as you wish! Well, that's what you have here! The Colombian 'Purp...le Caturra' is filled with dark berries, and the Burundi 'Ngogomo' is full bodied, and caramel-y. Depending on the ratios of coffee you brew at, the final product changes completely, so have some fun, use the suggested recipes included, or go rogue, make your own recipes!
