They are brutal murderers. But mostly we love everyone. I just wanted to tell ya a bit about us dolphins. Sharing is caring. Here goes; -... There are currently 42 species of dolphins and seven species of porpoises in the world. We are marine mammals. We must surface to breathe air and give birth to our live young. Our pregnancies last between nine and 16 months. Mum feeds her offspring on milk. Sons and Daughters of resident orcas stay with their maternal family for life. We eat fish, squid and crustaceans. We do not chew food but break it into smaller pieces before swallowing. All of us have conical-shaped teeth. A Risso's dolphin has 14 teeth while a spinner dolphin can have 240. What a spin out! That’s alota teeth my spinner cousins have! Our orca (killer whale) is the largest of us Dolphins.. Our New Zealand dolphin and Franciscana are two of the smallest. Our four river dolphin species inhabit the large waterways of Asia and South America. Dolphins have an array of vocalisations such as clicks, whistles and squeals which we use for our well-developed communication and echolocation skills. Our lifespan varies from around 20 years in our smaller dolphin species to 80 years or more for our larger dolphins such as orcas. Maui's dolphin is our most endangered dolphin. We have less than 50 individuals remaining. Fewer than 10 vaquitas (a species of our porpoises) survive. We are worried for our vaquitas. I hope this helps you learn about us. 20.01.2022 Hi, Dolphini again. I wanted to introduce you guys to my mate Rolphin. Rolphin is a freshwater dolphin. He hangs out in the Amazon. We bag him out coz he’s got like rose pink blotches, and he likes leaves! Of all things! But really we love him. We don’t see a lot o him coz Dolphin - an Irrawaddy Dolphin and myself well, we are saltwater dolphins. We occasionally bump in to Rolphin at River mouths but only once in a blue moon. 08.01.2022 Hi, I’m Dolphini, I’m an Irrawaddy Dolphin or I may be a normal Dolphin, doesn’t matter, let’s just say I’m a Dolphin. I’m jumping up here to promote my Certified Organic Health and Beauty Range, Alma’s Organic Oils Australia. It is fab. Comes COMPLETELY from Nature. No parabins at all. It is Sooooo natural and so chemical free that even us Dolphins use it. I just used some of the Jojoba and Almond Massage Oil to give my mate Dolphin a massage. He’s the Irrawaddy Dolphin.
