21.01.2022 And that's the end to a busy week. Thanks to the guys at Adampark Constructions Pty Ltd for allowing us to fit both cars up with Ironman 4x4 2 inch lift kits from Peninsula 4X4 & Outdoor. Rear springs done by Spring Master to allow the guys to carry a heavier constant load. No job is to big or to small at Almassi.

19.01.2022 What a day we had yesterday. I started of a buy a slab help out a mate drought appeal to help the people of Stanthorpe back in September and yesterday we delivered 6868 litres of water to Granite Belt Drought Assist. What an eye opener it was to see really how dry it was out there. Big Shout out to Mick and his team from Margate Quality Meats who collected donated and came out to Stanthorpe with us yesterday couldn't of done this with out you and your team, Simon National Car...riers who gave us the truck a driver and fuel for free, Bill and his wife from Simons who volunteered there Sunday to drive the truck from us, Dez from Lions Club of Deception Bay Inc who donated water, IGA Leo's Ascot donated some water. Nu Pure who also came on board and donated water and last but not least my customers and the people of Redcliffe who donated water to us thank you all for your donations every little bit helps Thank you to everyone involved.

Storm with your amazing coffee from Deluxe & The Barista thank you, to my family on the BBQ great job once again and a big thank you to everyone who brought out there cars with out you guys there would be no car show I cant thank you all enough. To ROPE inc thank you for ...coming on board as our chosen charity I hope we helped you guys out as we raised near $400 To everyone who went on the charity cruise thank you what an awesome start I do apologise as we lost some cars in the traffic. I will also organise the cruise a lot better at our next event Really cant believe how far these events have come in a short space of time. We do these events for fun, we try and get a great atmosphere great vibe and give a place for people to display there cars on the peninsula. I hope everyone has enjoyed themselves at our events. Thank you again to everyone who has been involved in these Brekkie and Cars events from our first show to our 4th yesterday. 16.01.2022 BUY A SLAB HELP OUT A MATE WE ARE DOING IT ALL OVER AGAIN First trip we delivered 6868L of water next goal is 10000L of water... With the drought making life tough for many families in the Southern parts of QLD, We're collecting water for Stanthorpe. With many families feeling and thinking that us city people dont care and they are out there to battle the drought on their own. WRONG. We as a community are here to help. I'm asking all my amazing customers and the community to help out and buy a slab of water. A slab at Coles or Woolworths is around $6 - $10 24X600ml For those of you willing to help out please drop off your slabs of water off between business hours and for those of you who can't make it between business hours we would be more then happy to collect the slabs of water from you Drop off point: Almassi Light and Heavy Mechanical 271 Macdonnell rd, Clontarf Business hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 5pm and Friday 7.30am - 3pm Margate Quality Meats will also be collecting water and are located in Margate shopping center . Once we reach our goal of 10000L of water we will be delivering.

12.01.2022 Well what a turn out yesterday was at Dinner and cars followed by a charity cruise we raised some much needed funds for ROPE inc We saw some really cool cars fill the place and the streets Big shout out to all involved. To my family on the BBQ couldn't of done it with out you guys, Donna and your team from ROPE inc your so easy to work alongside and we are more then happy to support your charity. Nico from Malaka Media champion of a guy thanks for all your hard work behind th...e camera, i cant wait to upload the photos later. To the team at Margate Quality Meats thanks for supplying us with the steak for the bbq. Our young mate Kynan Leong working days before helping us get the place clean and ready for the show thank you. Sydney Tools Virginia Blasted by Deb to name a few who donated to our raffles which where all free. To everyone who showed up and brought a car thank you with out you guys and your support there would be no car show and to everyone else who came with out a show car we appreciate all your support. What an afternoon it was finished of with a great little cruise ending up a woody point watching the very last of the sun set. Hope to see you all at our next event. 12.01.2022 Tribute to our mate Chris Hamilton. Chris was always a supporter of what ever my business did and always supported our car shows. The team at Almassi are very saddened to hear of his passing. Car shows will never be the same again. Chris was a character he was one of a kind he was full of life a bloke that would go out of his way to help anyone and a good friend to me and our business. A good soul lost but will never be forgotten Almassi Light and Heavy Mechanical would like to send our condolences to the Hamilton family. If there is anything we can do please let us know. RIP mate

09.01.2022 Well what can i say today officially marks 5 years in business for us. Like any business times have been tough we have had our ups and downs we've had $5 in the business account and at times no jobs for the coming week, yet here we are on the otherside. My customers all the amazing wonderful people who have supported the business, some now life long friends, everyone who has helped me along the way I can't thank you all enough. With out you I wouldn't be where I am today and Almassi wouldn't be where it is now as a business. Once again I appreciate every single one of you who has been apart of this amazing journey with us. Over 1200 car and truck services done, endless late nights, 5 awesome car shows, delivered thousands of liters of water to Stanthorpe, worked along side some great charities and made some life long friends along the way. To my customers thank you for your ongoing suppprt and for another successful year. To all the car enthusiasts and everyone attending my car shows we had 13 cars at our first show to god knows how many at our last show to the point in 2020 we have to get a bigger venue to fit you all in. Thank you for all your support it has been a pleasure putting on these car shows I've loved every minute of it and only bigger and better car shows to come in 2020.
