08.01.2022 Tonight one of my staff members endured abuse by a customer refusing to get their temperature checked for dine -in and refusing to put their real details in, instead went by the name of Donald Duck. He insisted on giving me an ultimatum about his rights, however as a business we also have rights too and this abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. We as every other business is doing the very best they can to keep operating during these unpredictable trying times. We under...stand if you do not wish to adhere to our new procedures and ask that you kindly consider ordering take- away or going else where. It is in my very best interests to look after the health and well-being of my customers, my staff members , my family and the community, so please refrain from abusive behaviour as it will get you no where.
