The amount of water we need varies form person to person, A 70 kg person for example, needs... to drink approximately 2.3 L a day. When it comes to water quality, rainwater and spring water are best. You may like to consider installing a filter system to remove the chlorine that is present in most town water. If you are particularly passionate about water quality (as I am), you might also prefer to remove the fluoride. Remember, though, that it doesn’t all have to be plain water - vegetable juices, soups and herbal teas also contribute to your daily water consumption.
