24.01.2022 The team at Alora Wellness were so happy to have our special visitor Brandon Barnes representing the team of Dandenong Thunder FC. Today Brandon was treated by our resident therapist Mari who enlightened him on areas requiring attention - watch out !!

23.01.2022 Stage 4 restrictions are now effective and with this said, The Alora Team sadly have to take a break. We are truly saddened that we cannot look after our amazing clients and friends no matter the gravity of your discomfort. So lets countdown our timeline together with the hope we will be back together and most importantly safe & healthy in Spring. We hope to place some regular posts from all the therapists and encourage you to take some advice from each of them. 22.01.2022 Sitting at a desk or computer most days causes hunching. Poor posture with a forward bend can weaken your upper back muscles and create a hump at the base of your neck.
