20.01.2022 Hiii I'm back I haven't shared anything oily in a while but ur sis is still here loving on and using them everyday These have been our favourites the last month and used most days with this cold Melbourne weather telling us she's well and truly here BUT NOT ONLY do we use oils in this house, things like vit C, GSE, zinc, bone broth, apple cider vin, LLV, rugging up while going outside, good sleep (not that I'm getting much in this house ) and fresh air are what I t...ry to use/ take/ do to help keep ourselves feeling good!! 02.01.2022 MATTRESS CLEANER Have you cleaned your mattress before? Did you know skin cells, dust mites, bacteria, dribble and even mould can be found in our mattresses? Baking soda helps to deoderize, lift dirt and wick away moisture, and when we add essential oils they can help to clean mattress further ... 1 C baking soda 5 Tea Tree 5 Lavender Sprinkle or sift over mattress and leave for at least an hour. Give it a GOOD vacuum and you're done! You can use any oils you like Lemon and Wild Orange (great for cleaning) or some calming combos like Lavender and Cedarwood #alottaoils #mattresscleaner #nontox
02.01.2022 So today is my 1st dTERRA anniversary and it's been a great year learning how to use these tools to be more proactive when it comes to mine and my families health! We've made lots of changes and swaps this year to better our sleep, moods, and health and toxic load naturally But don't get me wrong, I still have improvements to make and my kids and hubby still get sick but I'm able to address these things quickly with my oils! ...
