14.01.2022 Brushing twice a day is really important to maintain good oral hygiene. It's especially important for children to ensure they look after their baby teeth so they are in a good routine to look after their adult teeth and retain their natural teeth for longer.

If they carry on consuming a poor diet with adult teeth, they are more than likely to suffer with serious tooth decay and ultimately, tooth loss.
