20.01.2022 - FAULT FINDING - After receiving an emergency call out to a job in Panorama, we were surprised to find this. All the down stairs lights had tripped which meant breaking down where the fault was occuring & removing roof sheets on a flat roof. Testing brought us to this spot which had been eaten by a hungry rat or possum.... 17.01.2022 - RENOVATION - LIGHTS: DOWNLIGHTS, LED STRIP, PENDANTS POWER APPLIANCES ... DATA / TV INTERCOM SECURITY Renovation in Tranmere completed. We installed all new power, appliances and LED downlights throughout. Clipsal saturn zen was the choice of switches. LED strip was installed under all overheads as well as under the island bench. Modern LED pendants installed in dining and kitchen. Really loving the colour template with the white ceaserstone, black accessories and timber grain to break it up. 16.01.2022 - COMMERCIAL UPGRADE - . Some work we completed last month in Stepney which included electrical, security & cameras. ... . Electrical work consisted of adding and upgrading old light fittings to new 120w LED high bays, supplying new power for machinery & upgrading electrical board as it was limiting the clients ability to add circuits. . Security & cameras included a full upgrade to alarm system, with additional smoke detectors and sensors. 13 camera provisions also run which will be second fixed in next phase of work. . 14.01.2022 - COMMERCIAL SOLAR SYSTEM - Installed 24 x 330W Q Cell panels on a Solar Edge inverter for one of our commercial clients with another 12 more to come. The team had to install these with tilt mounts as the roof angle was facing 20 south, with a 55 tilt towards the north we were able to get the angle to 35 which is highly efficient to generate more sun energy. 14.01.2022 THEBARTON RENOVATION ELECTRICAL DATA / TV CCTV ... First fix complete of this little reno in thebarton. No cavities to run cables in the whole house, flat roof and only 2 power circuits throughout the whole house. Everything we do is calculated and a step ahead of the rest. Not only did we complete what the client wanted but we gave him the option of possibilities in the future. Most people who arent in construction and even lots who are never plan for the next step. We rocked up here with our focus on this living room which involved a couple powerpoints, downlights, gas heater and ceiling fan. In the end we decided to move the modem into the lounge as it was in the middle of the hallway with cable clipped to surface of wall and skirting. Added a conduit chased in brick for provisions in the future. Added power and tv back to back for the front bedroom. Provided an option for upgrading the oven as it is an older freestanding gas oven/cooktop. And on top of all that added a new circuit to all our new powerpoints by chasing on the back lounge wall and joining into the dishwasher and above bench power (kettle / toaster). This rectified the overloading fault mentioned above. All this could be done without modifying any other room except the lounge. 11.01.2022 3 PHASE OVER HEAD UPGRADE COMPLETE This job involved relocating the switchboard as it was illegally positioned and not up to Australian Standards. We had to install a new 3 phase riser, supply and install a new switchboard, join all the existing circuits and extend them through a flat/raked ceiling, wire the new switchboard with new combination circuit breakers (circuit breaker/RCD combination), upgrade the main earthing system & test the installation. All this while liais...ing with customer, SA Power and the nominated retailer. A challenging job but with good organisation, communication & some hard work we get it done See more

04.01.2022 - BATHROOM RENOVATION - Functionality was key in this bathroom with the small space and low ceilings. 2 exhaust fans to reduce chances or mould, heat lights and plenty of lighting. We also added LED strip under the overhead & floating vanity to finish it off and give it a little something extra. 03.01.2022 - CUSTOM BUILT HOME - Some first fix photos of a house we completed earlier this year in Hope Valley. We take all the necessary steps on our first fix to make the second fix as smooth as possible. Forward thinking, neat wiring, marking out floors and cleaning the whole site to set a standard which should follow with other trades. This one has turned out amazing and we can't wait to get the photos of the finished product. ...
