24.01.2022 Self Talk Do you have a negative inner voice? Would you speak to a friend in the same way as you speak to your self? Do you speak to yourself with confidence and love, or have thoughts like- " I'm not good enough/ I can't do it / I dont deserve it" ... It's easy to let the voice in your head become negative due to subconscious beliefs and biases. This unfortunately becomes a habit that can be difficult to break.... Catch it + Change it! . 1 Notice the thoughts that are overly critical and unsupportive. 2 Challenge those thoughts- they are usually not a reflection of reality! 3 Replace those thoughts with positive self talk - "I can do this!
