08.01.2022 Hi and Welcome to Team Alpha! My name is Josh Terry. A little bit about me: I have been training for a little over 2 and a half years. When I started out I was 110kg. I have since then lost over 30kg and kept it off! Now weighing 78kg. After conquering depression, anxiety, social awkwardness and also being overweight I decided to become a Fitness Coach as I just loved the feeling of helping others drop kg's and reach new heights. My goal here is to help you achieve your goals like I have and be free of always feeling uncomfortable in your skin. I know what it's like and it can be tough but once you take action and remain focused on your goal you can achieve anything!
