19.01.2022 Appropriately on this day marking International Women’s Day, in a predominantly male industry we are proud to introduce our new staff members Daria Richter and Barbora Huzekova. Daria is part of our highly skilled water pole team and Barbora is our rope access specialist. Both excel at what they do and we are extremely happy they are on board with us. Another mention to our super star office staff Christine, Amy, Louise and Ang who do a wonderful job running the show behind the scenes. Happy International Women’s day.

12.01.2022 Big congrats to Adam Morley on successfully completing our in-house Specialist Access Course. Adam started with us in 2019 not having any experience in commercial window cleaning or the use of access tools of the trade. Having completed our Specialist Access Course Adam is a trained and highly skilled IRATA level 1Rope Access Technician. Along with commercial window cleaning skills, Adam is licensed to drive all access equipment like cherry pickers and other EWPs, he is ex...perienced in all the tools of the window cleaning trade. Adam has since continued his own IRATA Training and now continues to work with us as a valued IRATA Level 2 Rope Access Specialist. We are now searching for our next trainee! If you are or know someone who you think they may be interested in our course- Please contact us No specific skills just a good attitude and a willing to learn and a desire to work at height. Summary of the Access Specialist Training Program: This is a18 months training program and under a signed agreement. It’s a full-time position for the length of the Program. 18 months to be spent with Alpha FM and window wipers after the completion of the course Full time training of all window cleaning skills and equipment. Full time training on all access equipment and tools of the trade. Including rope access. Paid whilst you learn with a growing scale of pay as your skills grow and you meet the outcome and objectives of the training. Working with a highly skilled team that are approachable and willing to share their knowledge. Opportunity at the end of the program to continue with this growing company and team. Trainee to purchase their own harness we supply the ropes.
