Any questions send me a msg, I look forward to helping change more lives for the better! - Joseph Papa My passion for fitness started around the age of 20, almost 15 years ago now. Being inspired by bodybuilders and strongmen, I submerged myself in the industry knowing that this would be the profession I would learn and follow... to help the many people I help today. I have been weak and skinny, overweight and unhealthy, tired and unhappy but since taking a conscious step into the fitness industry it has changed my life for the best by gaining strength, increased energy, exceptional health and getting into the best shape of my life. I have always wanted to teach people that what I do isn’t just a way to lose weight or change shape but it’s a way to discover your true potential and reconnect to your body while taking great measure towards your happiness. The knowledge I have gained since being in this industry has made me the man I am today, a man who is happy and grateful for everything and everyone he has in life.
