25.01.2022 A few weeks ago one of my clients asked if I could do a kangaroo dish. So to the whiteboard I went. And come up with this. A take off the salsas rice (coriander and lime) replaced the coriander with basil and used a wholemeal basmati rice. Perfectly cooked kangaroo and broccoli. Trialling it for today and maybe it will make it onto the menu.

18.01.2022 Right here guys is Jarrad! He is evidence for my never ending argument of more food in the correct sequence equals fat loss! Less food does not primarily equal fat loss. Jarrad did my 8 week program, unfortunately due to work commitments he had to pull out at the 5 week mark. A massive 8.5 Kgs down after a lot of hard work and self control and the help from the boys down at FTP Fitness he is well on his way to a great healthy lifestyle and more weight loss. Great work Jarrad and am very excited to see where life takes you!

01.01.2022 Who else is training legs over the weekend and who really doesn't know what to do next. I can most definitely get you going on the right track!! It's been around 3 years since Iv been able to completely dedicate all my energy into putting on quality size and focus on strength!
