Most of us wish that we can have more time for ourselves, more time to spend with our family and our friends. So, when you wake up and getting stressed out because you have so many tasks on your plate that need to be done For example: you need to take kids to the school go to work do shopping pick up kids from school after clean the house cook dinner and so on... And then at the end of the day, you find yourself tired and stressed annoyed and mentally exhausted Because there were so many things you have done But you did not even had a second for yourself I can totally relate to this because I used to be like that, but there is one real solution to this problem - is a time management. Firstly, You need to figure out your priorities. - Scrolling through FB is not your priority but finishing a project at work it is. So prioritize what you can do in your free time! The Second, Is to make a list. So, before you go to bed, make a list of things that need to be done tomorrow.
