25.01.2022 Hey guys! I hope everyone’s doing well! It’s been a long lockdown but finally we are starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel ... With outdoor sessions being able to operate again as of the 28th of September and now that we are starting to get some really good weather again, I thought I’d run a few challenge to get you guys active (if you haven’t been over the last couple of months) or to push you a little harder if you have been The first challenge will be to see who can get the most steps over a 14 day period. There will be a leaderboard so you can see where you stack up against the other competitors There will be no cost to join and is open to everyone (you need to be a client to take part) just thought it’ll be great to get you out of the house again, to start moving and to have a little bit of fun doing it. It’s also great for your mental health as I know it’s been tough for a lot of us The first challenge starts on Monday! 11.01.2022 WE’RE BACK!! The moment we have all been waiting for has finally arrived!! November 9th, Crunch Epping will reopen it’s doors and I can’t wait to welcome you all back with open arms (1.5m distance of course )... 07.01.2022 OUTDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS ARE BACK!! The Premier has delivered some amazing news today regarding outdoor exercise and personal training As on tomorrow (28/9/20) Alphasique Fitness will be permitted to recommence outdoor training sessions so now I can officially say that I will be taking bookings... Sessions will now be relocated from Fawkner and will now be held at in Thomastown. As we all need to remain within our 5km radius, this will make it more accessible for a lot of you If this is something you'd be interested in being a part of and is within your 5km radius, contact me ASAP to book in your sessions As the weather starts to heat up and with summer just around the corner, there's no better excuse to get out of your house and get active again!
