25.01.2022 5 days to go We're working day and night to create a safe and reliable training environment for our members. Please see below COVID-19 trading hours and new club policy once we re-open: Trading hours Mon-Fri 4:30am-10pm Sat 6am-9pm... Sun 8am-9pm - All members must swipe in and have their temperature checked by an Alpha Team staff member on arrival - A maximum of 100 members will be allowed in the facility at once, excluding outdoor area - All members must comply with strict social distancing rule - Water bubbler will be unavailable for now for everyones safety (vending Mahcine will have water bottles) - All members must wipe down equipment before and after use - All members must bring a towel when training (towels for purchase available from front desk) - Non-members or visitors must provide ID and phone number before entry - We will only be accepting card payments (no cash payment) - Classes are limited to 8 per class (Yoga classes 7 max) - Kids Brazilian jiu jitsu classes will remain on hold until further notice - Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will commence on Saturday, June 13th - All other Alpha Team classes including Yoga classes will commence on Monday 15th June. Fees and Payments - Direct debit will be reactivated on Saturday, June 13th and all fees will be debited out from your account on the 1st of every month - All payments from March 23rd - March 31st will credited for June payment - If the end date of your freeze is before Saturday, June 13th, your account will automatically reactivate and will be billed - If you wish to extend your freeze were more than happy to help out ( please call the front desk (02 9133 3925) or email us at [email protected]. 25.01.2022 Water bubbler In order to maintain hygiene for all of our members, our water bubblers wont be available for two weeks from the 13th June. Until the 26th of June, please bring your own water! Thank you Alpha Team Members

24.01.2022 Alpha Team have put in place a C-19 entrance procedure. Additionally, we have registered with Health NSW on a COVID-19 Safety Plan. Upon entry, all guests must do the following: - Receive Temperature Checks - Ensure they have not travelled to or visited the latest updated COVID-19 hotspot locations (seen on https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latest-news-and-updates)... - Utilise hand-sanitising gels before and after training If members have visited the hotspot locations, the management team at Alpha Team Fitness will place their memberships on hold at no charge. These members or guests will be asked to self-isolate for 2 weeks and get COVID-19 tested.

16.01.2022 The COVID-19 pandemic has been an extremely unfamiliar experience for everyone. In March, not only Alpha Team, but all Sydney Gyms were left low-spirited as a result of the government restrictions stemming from the Stage 3 Lockdowns imposed on New South Wales. When the lockdowns were over, the staff at Alpha Team strived to the best ability to maintain safety, cleanliness and trust for all members of our gym and the general public. We are still trying our best to keep this ef...fort up. We would like to proudly announce that we’ve been receiving positive feedback in regards to our responses and actions towards enhancing a COVID-safe environment. However, we would like to take this opportunity to give great thanks to the members of Alpha Team, as they are helping us by complying to all rules and cleaning all equipments and machines after use. Members who have visited or have been near the COVID hotspot locations have taken great care and responsibility by purposely not visiting the gym and calling us to notify their decision of self-isolating for 2 weeks due to the impacts it may impose on our facility. For the members who have contacted us, we have taken our own way to gift them as a sign of our gratitude. Regular exercise and training play an important role in keeping our mental and physical health in shape, especially during uncertain times like this. Were super excited to announce that we will be reopening the gym on 13th June, Were aware of the goverment guidelines, keeping up with updates at all times, as ...our priority is keeping our members safe. With the restrictions slowly easing, We've been working extensively to develop a comprehensive framework for the safe re-opening of our gym. These include: Obtaining COVID-19 infection control training qualification Marking social distancing squares on the floor of our free weights area Blocking out every second cardio machines (ie. treadmill, cross trainer, etc) to comply with social distancing rules Preparing clean towels which are available for purchase Placing multiple hand sanitisers and antibacterial wipes around the gym; Purchasing a temperature gun Having complimentary antibacterial sprays which members can take home with them Installed antimicrobial copper film on door handles, exercise machines, water tap, vending machines, toilets, etc (proven to kill 99.99% of bacteria and viruses) @asepticbiocare Installed clear acrylic protective screens on top of the counter Opening all windows during trading hours for more air flow Setting up extra cleaning schedule and using hospital grade disinfectants.
