23.01.2022 With the Queens birthday long weekend in full effect.. time to reflect on all my Alphletes this week and there amazing abilities to show up, smash work outs and follow the main rule towards goal achievement... CONSISTENCY!! Video breakdown- The Irish Booty girls Rach and Hannah annihilating there Lowerbody sessions in preparation for their Euro Holidays! Remy (Reminem) - building strength as his Acting career begins to take off! Getting real specific for an upcom...ing role to help exorcise demons with some serious strength gains The Cardio Queen Michelle proving again how tough and strong willed she really is And finally John (chair) showing us that age is but a number being in his mid 50's, dealing with cerebral palsy and still smashing gym weekly well within his bodies abilities with an intent to push himself to better his motor skills and general coordination. No goals were hit this week but my Team is appreciating the journey and one week closer to the end zone! A Very Proud Trainer and happy to see how the next week 6 weeks unfold JGP OUT

12.01.2022 Watch out - We got some serious lifting going on here! Here we have a Rach - The little Wonder Woman of the Team showing why she get the title of "Wonder Woman." Weighing in under 60 kgs but just smashed a PR @ 80x2!!! - the video was short but she definitely got the second rep!! Rach is a strong and determined girl and her lifts are a fine darn show if It! 05.01.2022 Being a full time trainer can be a very tasking job with the usual split shift off the mornings and afternoon/evenings! Most of our clients would very rarely see us training but as you can see below, We still very much get amongst it!
