17.01.2022 Great news this morning for our club. Our video that was filmed earlier in the year within our community was entered into Football Victoria recent longest formation video competition and won. A $500 club prize awarded to our club. Well done to all involved.

10.01.2022 Return to Play Club Update AFC Committee Members held a special meeting last night to discuss Football Victorias Return to Training guidelines and the Victorian Governments recent announcement that from June 1, 20 people can train together. Its an exciting step towards getting back to Alphington Park and the Club is working through these guidelines to develop our own Return to Training protocols in line with Football Victorias advice and local council conditions.... The new protocols are designed to keep players, parents and officials safe: adhering to the Governments social distancing and hygiene rules. We hope to have further information for our members shortly on when exactly we will return to training, how these training sessions will be structured and what new protocols to expect for players and parents. At some stage we expect Football Victoria to confirm a start date for leagues to recommence and for that, well need a show of hands from members keen for competitive play or just training and social gameplay. 03.01.2022 To help us process membership refunds before the Christmas break can all members who are yet to fill-out a form for their refund and optional Club donation, please do so by COB Monday 14 December. The form is located on the AFC website: www.alphingtonfc.com/refunds-2020 Membership fees paid in 2020 will not roll over to next year and any unclaimed fees after December 14 will be viewed as a donation. Those members who requested early refunds before the Football Victoria money was available can now do so as FV has just refunded us.
