11.01.2022 Every new batch of cider begins in the Spring. With the warmer weather, our trees are waking up from their winter slumber, as everything seems to come back to life in our orchards. Our orchardists are busy preparing for the transition from pollination into our growing season. Our trees, now covered in apple blossoms, welcome our new guests brought in from Chiltern Honey Farm. Bees are the primary pollinators, throughout the world, and are vital in the pollination of our fr...uit trees. Apple trees are in flower for only 3 to 5 weeks, and our visiting bees will be busy working to pollinate and set fruit to as many of these flowers as possible.
