20.01.2022 Last Truffle Hunt of 2019, 20 people enjoyed a day in the snow at Willigobung NSW. About 250g of Truffles was pulled, with 178g being 1st Grade. Several eager participants bought 80+ grams between them. Laura from Nest Cinema Cafe Books in... Tumbarumba NSW provided brunch of delicious truffled scrambled egg and spicy hot chocolate. Judy and Tom roasted sweet easy peel Chestnuts - A proper winters day enjoyed by all.

15.01.2022 David and Donna with their dog Jess came this morning and did a Truffle Hunt with us. We grossed 764 g and when trimmed the nett was 710 g and ready for grading. After establishing the Truffiere 10 years ago we have now had our best Hunt ever!!
