17.01.2022 Here is another photo of our friend Nadine Shaw's pizza oven. The girls finished it with a polished ROCKCOTE Marrakesh. The Moroccan tiles on the bench and feature tile on the front of the oven tie it all together. Looks brilliant!

06.01.2022 Crispy skin salmon cooked on a bed of dill and preserved lemons. Soaked a piece cedar in water for one hour then popped the salmon on top then into the wood fired ovens.
