22.01.2022 Fundraising Christmas Eve Yard Sale - tomorrow - THURSDAY 24 December - AT the Studio - from 8am till Late - lots of bargains - NEW and SECOND hand goods ! - all funds raised go to help the Studio recover from the TWO break ins and vandalism during the Covid Lockdown BIG thanks to everyone who has donated goods to the sale - If you are looking for a last minute gift please let me know - I may have what you need we will also draw our Hamper Raffle tomorrow

Our Integrated Summer Workshops starts Monday 11 January with all styles of dance + creative arts + guest teachers

17.01.2022 We are very lucky to have a micro grant from ANR to make a small film on our post covid experiences BUT we need to produce some more funds SO this SUNDAY 15 Nov from 4pm is our first fundraiser - with Kanako - Mindful Movement and Guided Relaxation - Please join us to explore your strength, flexibility and balance within your own comfortable range of motion through slow, gentle, breath-centered movements. All the postures and movements are safe and can be modified according to our body. We will finish off with a guided relaxation. Please bring your yoga/exercise mat and a cushion or pillow for your head to make your relaxation extra comfortable we will have some spares if you don’t. Miss Sue can look after the kiddies while class is on - LOVE
